In the heart of Athlone, very central location.

fantastic service offered, a decent size and beautifully designed room with a well maintained bathroom and huge confy bed, for instance. warm breakfast with platters refilled regularly and sandwiches, for example, marvellous location.

The separate shower was good-sized and everything was great. the location was marvelous because it was near additional pubs, a rooftop garden, and a car park/shopping area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Athlone. The staff were excellent, always going an extra mile to help and providing friendly and customer-oriented service. The managers were readily available to assist, which was a big plus. The environment was friendly and the food was delicious, from breakfast to dinner. The chefs deserve compliments for their great taste. The hotel is conveniently located next to a vibrant shopping center, offering easy access to high street brands. The rooms were bright, spacious, and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The reception for breakfast was well-organized, with good information on the buffet layout. There was an excellent selection of food and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff, delicious food, convenient location, and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of staff available. The beds were huge and comfortable. The free underground parking was convenient and secure.

The classic king room we booked was upgraded to a spacious and beautifully decorated room with its own temperature control. The bathroom was luxurious, with modern fixtures and a fantastic shower. The views from the room were breathtaking, overlooking the charming pubs in the center of the town and the famous tower. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices and a bonus coffee machine. We were also impressed by the facilities, including the pool and the well-stocked leisure center. We can't wait to return!

The only downside was that there was no entertainment offered in the hotel, but luckily, the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the town, within walking distance to the shopping center in the middle of town.

loved my recent stay at a hotel in Athlone! The central location was amazing, and the spa was the nicest I've been to in a long time. The relaxation room after my treatment was so relaxing, and the staff, especially Cian, did a great job. The family room we booked was spacious and lovely. Can't wait to return!

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of choices.

The location was perfect, with the oldest pub in Ireland just a short walk away, and plenty of other pubs in the area to explore. The hotel is also right beside the shops, making it very convenient for shopping trips. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky enough to be in the tower, which gave us amazing views over the river Shannon. The bathroom was well equipped and the service from the staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of options to choose from, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal.

It is worth mentioning that sad to say, the meal we had in the restaurant was poor overall.

The fitness facilities were enjoyable, with a sauna, steam room, and hydro facilities. The restaurant staff were friendly, and the atmosphere in social gathering areas was good. The rooms on level 8 were quiet, and the bathrooms had great shower and bath facilities. A birthday gift was arranged and provided in the room.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a great night's sleep. The staff were very pleasant and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious bar food and the great atmosphere of the hotel. It's definitely a place we will return to!

The only small downside was a minor mistake with our wine order, but it didn't really affect our overall experience.

The complimentary champagne on arrival and the fireworks display were the best parts of our New Year experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which was perfect for exploring the nightlife. The room was also spacious and clean, with a great view of the city.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized during check-in, which resulted in a long wait. Additionally, the noise level in the hotel was high throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
